Our primary focus is Gauteng and surrounding areas, including Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, Midrand, and Centurion. If you are outside this region, please reach out — we will be honest about whether we are able to assist you effectively.

Yes. Many of our members come to us during or after significant life changes. Our advisor takes an unhurried, sensitive approach and understands that each person's circumstances are different. There is no pressure and no judgment.

Your enquiry is reviewed personally by your advisor within 2–3 business days. If your application is a good fit, you will be invited to meet for coffee. If not, we will let you know honestly and respectfully. You will always receive a response — we do not leave enquiries unanswered.

No. Submitting an enquiry is completely free and carries no commitment whatsoever.

It is a relaxed, private conversation between you and your advisor — before any membership is offered or fees paid. It helps your advisor understand you better, and gives you an opportunity to ask any questions about the service. There is no obligation on either side.

Yes. We reserve the right to decline any application, and we exercise that right in order to maintain the quality and experience of the membership. If your application is not suitable, we will tell you respectfully. Our right to decline is not a reflection of your worth — it reflects the selective nature of the service.

Membership is R5,500 for 12 months. This is only discussed and agreed upon after your coffee meeting. There are no upfront costs to enquire or to attend the coffee meeting.

No. The R5,500 covers your 12-month membership in full. There are no introductory fees, no per-introduction charges, and no hidden costs of any kind.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership has been accepted and the introduction process has begun. This is discussed clearly and openly during your coffee meeting before any commitment is made. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

No. There are no automatic renewals. Any renewal is a separate, voluntary decision entirely at your discretion.

There is no fixed number. Quality is always prioritised over quantity. Your advisor will only arrange an introduction when there is genuine reason to believe it could be a meaningful connection — not simply to fulfil a quota.

Yes, always. You will be informed and given the opportunity to decline before any introduction proceeds. Your comfort and consent are essential to the process.

Introductions are only made between consenting members or carefully pre-screened individuals. Your personal details are never shared without your explicit consent.

Yes. We operate under South African privacy law (POPIA) and treat your personal information with the highest level of care. Your information is never sold, never shared without your consent, and never used for any purpose other than the introduction service.

No. All enquiries are handled with complete discretion. Other members are not informed of who has applied or enquired.
