This notice is provided in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and explains how Executive Dating processes your personal information.

8. Retention
Personal information is retained for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law. Enquiries that do not result in membership are retained for a maximum of 12 months and then securely deleted.
