This Information Manual is compiled in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) and relates to the private body operating as Executive Dating.

3. Automated Decision-Making
Executive Dating does not make automated decisions affecting data subjects. All assessments and decisions are made by a human advisor.
4. Categories of Records Held
The following categories of records are held by Executive Dating:
4.1 Member and Applicant Records
- Enquiry forms and applications
- Personal information provided during the enquiry and consultation process
- Membership agreements and correspondence
4.2 Communication Records
- Email correspondence with enquirers and members
- WhatsApp message records where relevant
4.3 Financial Records
- Membership payment records
- Invoices and receipts
4.4 Operational Records
- Introduction records (anonymised where possible)
- General business administration records
5. How to Submit a Request for Access to Records
To request access to records held by Executive Dating, you must submit a written request to the Information Officer using the prescribed Form C (available from the SAHRC or Department of Justice websites).
Your request must include:
- Your full name and contact details
- A detailed description of the records requested
- Proof of your identity (certified copy of ID document)
- The form in which you wish to receive access (copy, inspection, etc.)
- Payment of the prescribed request fee (as set by PAIA regulations)

6. Grounds for Refusal
Access to records may be refused on grounds set out in PAIA, including but not limited to:
- Protection of the personal information and privacy of third parties;
- Commercial confidentiality;
- Information held in confidence;
- Any other ground prescribed under PAIA.
7. Processing Timelines and Fees
PAIA requests will be processed in accordance with the statutory timelines prescribed by PAIA. Request fees and access fees are as prescribed by the Minister of Justice from time to time under the PAIA Regulations.
